Organising Stewards Stage 3

UNISON stewards are the most important link between members in the workplace, their
employer and the wider union. This 10 day course is for new stewards to give you the knowledge and skills to support members locally and take on issues in your workplace.

The final 2 days (Stage 3) will further help you navigate your journey as a new steward, this
section will focus on equality in UNISON and organising to win.
