Managing Stress

With many demands and deadlines during each working day, we may sometimes experience
pressure in the form of a roadblock….but it doesn’t have to be this way. In stressful, high-pressure situations we can utilise skills to remain calm and perform to the best of our ability. We can do more than survive…in fact, we can thrive!

Learning how pressure affects your mind and body, and how to turn perceived threats into
opportunities, will allow you to approach stress with greater calm and confidence.

This workshop is about challenging yourself to look at how you respond to pressure and think about ways you can reframe your thinking and behaviour to respond optimally in stressful situation.

During this workshop you will:
· understand how your body naturally reacts to stress
· use techniques that will help you prepare and respond positively to stress.
