Team Effectiveness

Team Effectiveness Workshop

Delivered by Mary Harrigan, Personal Development Coach.

The team effectiveness workshop will raise each person’s self-awareness and awareness of others to enable them to increase their effectiveness at work through better teamwork, communication, influencing, problem solving and mutual understanding. This one day workshop will be fast paced, fun and requires a high degree of participation.  It will explore how you can:-

  • Identify your team’s strengths and challenges
  • Improve rapport, relationships and productivity of the team
  • Recognise the value of individual contributions each member brings to the team
  • Overcome obstacles that hold your team back
  • Commit to action focused on building a higher performing team to reach its full potential.
