Is anybody there to listen to me? What do I need to do to be heard? This one day workshop will examine that whilst we have two ears and one mouth do we really listen? This workshop which will be engaging, interactive and fun will explore why we don’t hear and what’s being said to us … so let’s open our ears and communicate effectively.
