Managing Challenging Conversations

On every work team, challenging situations inevitably arise, and we encounter the need to have difficult conversations.

Understanding our own comfort levels, with difficult conversations, and developing the
confidence and competence to conduct them well is critical to success. Using key techniques to navigate difficult conversations will allow you to better manage and grow the many relationships you maintain.

During this workshop you will:
· learn how to mentally prepare for your difficult conversations
· use a roadmap rather than a script to guide how you conduct difficult conversations
toward a win-win outcome.
