What Character Do You Play?

What sort of a character are you – are you organised in your home/work life and are you the life and soul of the party or the quiet observer??

We all act, communicate, think, feel and run our lives so differently. This one day workshop will be engaging, interactive and fun and will explore what type of characters you play and why people act/behave differently.

The techniques which we will explore will help you to understand how you could reduce stress and conflict at home and in the workplace.
