POSTPONED -Palliative Care – Pain Assessment & Management

This half day session is predominantly for nurses and aims to increase the participant’s understanding of pain assessment and management for patients with palliative and end of life care needs. It focuses on the importance of a holistic approach to the assessment of pain and discusses the main pharmacological and non pharmacological interventions used in the management of pain.
