POSTPONED Interview Skills for Health & Social Care

The Health & Social Care service uses both a competency based and values based interview process. This workshop will enable you to understand and convey your skill set within this framework. It will allow you to recognise the skills and knowledge you have, support you to reflect them in an application form and put them across using strong examples in the interview setting. It will cover common pitfalls of applicants and tips for improving your confidence at interviews. While the focus will be on the Health & Social Care service, the workshop will have wider application.
