Palliative Care – An Introduction for Nurses & AHPs

This half day session is open to nurses and Allied Health Professionals working in a variety of care settings across secondary and primary care. It seeks to increase knowledge understanding and application of the key principles of palliative care.

It will focus on the holistic needs of patients and their families and provide an opportunity for participants to reflect on current practice and suggest ways in which future palliative care practice may be enhanced. It is delivered virtually, by NI Hospice
