Organising Stewards Stage 2 (Intensive)

UNISON stewards are the most important link between members in the workplace, their
employer and the wider union. This 10 day course is for new stewards to give you the knowledge and skills to support members locally and take on issues in your workplace.
This next stage is for workplace representatives and will certify you as competent to accompany members at disciplinary and grievance hearings in order to comply with the Employment Relations Act 1999.

This is a condensed version of Organising Stewards Stage 2 training which will take place
over a weekend.
