Mind & Body
This workshop will introduce participants to themes around positive mental health and stress reduction. It will include sessions on staying well, mindfulness and yoga.
The programme will be pitched so that it will be suitable for all levels of physical ability just wear lose comfortable clothing.
Lunch will be provided.
