Human Factors – Improving The Patient Journey

This half day workshop will introduce you to the concept of systems thinking and allow you to explore what you think of the systems in which you work to allow you recognise how factors can be identified to either prevent negative patient experiences or promote positive ones. It’s an interactive workshop facilitating learning through real life scenarios.

This is aimed at healthcare sector workers but the concepts of systems thinking are transferable to all systems of work.
