POSTPONED – Autism – Positive Behaviour Support for Children & Young People

Children and young people with autism can experience high levels of anxiety and stress and this often results in distressed behaviours. Responding effectively to behaviour remains a concern for professionals working within education. Early intervention and planning is important to ensure that children have an array of proactive strategies to defuse rather than escalate a difficult situation.

This workshop will explore how core features can influence behaviour and the benefits of Behaviour Support Plans.
