5 Steps to Mental Health and Wellbeing – Thursday 11 June – 10am – 12noon
Take 5 steps to wellbeing is a set of evidence-based public health messages aimed at improving the emotional wellbeing of the whole population. This training programme will enable workers in the community, voluntary and statutory sectors to use Take 5 steps to wellbeing as an approach to support individuals and communities.
