Managing your Development

In the fast paced and often remote work environments it is more important than ever that we take control of our own development and careers.

Careers consist of a range of experiences – large and small – that ultimately come together to shape your development and career journey. Continuing to move up the ladder is not the only way to navigate a career.
During this workshop you will:
· understand the need for you to take ownership of your continuous learning and
development, this includes how you interact with others.
· consider your strengths and areas for development.
· follow a process that will help you identify career goals.
· navigate the changing career landscape.
