Developing Professionalism

As healthcare workers, we are all accountable for the quality of care we provide. This session will examine ways in which you can ensure that you are delivering optimal care to your client base. As healthcare workers this means demonstrating a commitment to excellence and on-going professional development, irrespective of your role in the workplace. This is not only vital to service-users’ experience but will also help you to frame your knowledge and skills in a
practical way which you can draw upon as career development opportunities arise.

This short course will be delivered by Áine MacNamara, RGN, BSc (Hons) Nursing, PG Dip
Management (IHSM), MSc, PGCE (Nursing).
