Clinical Effectiveness for Nurses & Midwives

This workshop will invite participants to explore how to keep personal practice safe and be clinically effective. It will address what clinical effectiveness means to nurses in a very busy clinical environment versus its meaning to managers/organisations. Participants will discuss the enablers and barriers to clinical effectiveness, why it’s important, identify the structures and processes available to nurses to ensure safe practice and discuss the impact on our patients.
