· To develop an understanding of the role of the UNISON Branch Leader, in particular the
Branch Secretary and Assistant Branch Secretary.
· To consider the role of the UNISON Branch Leader in the current economic and political
context.
· To develop ideas and strategies to build strong branch organisation.
· To reflect on how you lead a branch in changing times.
